Digital Shrinks

Is your agency thinking about your business even when you haven't asked them to? Do they come to you with strategic insights or do you have to drag it out of them? We love nothing more than pulling up a chair, working through the problems and planning a solution.

One model for running an agency goes like this: take a brief, don't challenge it, charge as much as you can, turn it round as quickly as possible, don't rock the boat, invoice, get paid, move on.

We don't think that's what clients want. They want us to be on their side, but also to tell them when we disagree. We don't pretend to know more about our clients' businesses than they do, but we do know an awful lot about digital.

Statler & Waldorf - Opinionated B*stards

We're brimming with opinion. Try us out - ask us a question. Here are a few to be getting on with:

  • Why the hell would an agency put YouTube branded videos on clients' sites?
  • Social Networking... with our brand... are you having a laugh?
  • Can you start building us something even though we have no idea how it's going to be structured yet?

(Answers, by the way, are: because they are muppets, nope, yep)

Whitepapers

We need to do more of these, and we will do, one day, but here is an introduction to Search Engine Marketing which you are free to download for your reading pleasure.

Or check out what our creative director, Matt Jukes, has to say on the declining numbers of facebook and the next stage of the social web. It even got published. :)
