We redesigned Britain's favourite online store and took the amazing in-store experience online! The design is also heavily influenced by feedback from customer interviews and statistical analysis. We dramatically reduced the product range and devised a recommendation engine to help find that perfect toy. The checkout process was altered to increase up sell of value add services like gift wrapping.
